More than 250,000 visitors from 150 countries, five days of events and conferences in collaboration with the most prestigious international trend agencies, more than 2,600 exhibiting companies: it’s a record edition the one of the 50th anniversary of Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna that has just closed last Monday.
An edition marked by a kermesse of events and areas dedicated to the identification and study of the Beauty market trends, where Pennelli Faro has presented new collections of totally innovative and revolutionary brushes for makeup and skincare.
CosmoprofTrends 2017: a new reference point for the Beauty Community
In collaboration with Beautystreams, internationally acclaimed trend agency, Cosmoprof has selected the 50 most trendy products presented at the fair.
Divided by trends, focusing on the 6 most influential areas for the upcoming years.
The spotlights are on Selfie-Ready beauty, since the selfie generation has introduced a new trend: insta-ready beauty, then the Urban Shield tendency, raised from the global concern consumers have on pollution and damages it causes to skin.
Following, Hygge, this Danish philosophy goes hand-in-hand with the natural, well-being, and home spa trends, as well as the Hypersensitive vision, which underlines the need to ultra-delicate products, from skincare to makeup and hair care.
Beautystreams underlines a strong request of products where Sensoriality is the key: new sensorial and emotional experiences with connection to products through smell, touch, and feel. Products engage with the senses to build a stronger bond with their users.
Central to the newest tendencies in the beauty scene is the Viva Vegan, which is being confirmed as a definitive choice by consumers, not just a passing trend. Therefore green, vegan and cruelty-free products are at the centre of the market requests.
And it’s in the green cluster that Beautystreams agency included Ecosophy®, one of our latest innovations exclusively launched during the exhibition, with a nomination among the top 25 finalist products.
