Code of Conduct 2014: the new Pennelli Faro project. People matter: even those who we do not see every day. The employees of Pennelli Faro are 80 per cent women, so a high sensitivity to ethical issues is at the very core of the company. Pennelli Faro, which has always selected and conducted its trade relations on the basis of professionalism, quality and ethical correctness, has decided to formalize its action through the drafting of a document to be subscribed by its suppliers. This document is a statement of self-regulation in terms of the protection of working conditions and of the groups most at risk of exploitation and discrimination.
